These terms of use constitute an agreement between PROCURE and the user (“User”) regarding the use of this site (“Site”), products and services (the Site, products and services are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Services”) , owned, operated and provided by PROCURE.

Orders and purchases made through our Site are subject to the following conditions:

The User must pay in full the total amount due indicated on his order at the time of purchase.

All purchases made on the Site must be paid in full by credit card at the time of purchase.

The User cannot buy or order products for commercial purposes.

The online order form, product form, invoice or any specific agreement used by PROCURE at the time of purchase will specify the Products acquired by the User.
